Chris George Announced As Chairman

CLUB STATEMENT

Port of Bristol Youth Football Club is delighted to announce that Chris George has been appointed as its new Chairman after accepting the position earlier today.

Chris has been involved since the early stages of the clubs formation and has worked alongside the outgoing chairman Van Papantoniou on the committee to help develop the club to where it currently is.

Chris said, "I am very honoured to take on the role of club Chairman at Port of Bristol Youth Football Club and although it was unexpected to see Van leave, I feel it is important that we continue to build on the solid foundation that he certainly help lay.

"Although there is a solid foundation in place, I believe the club still has tremendous untapped potential and with this in mind there will be some additions to the committee and restructuring behind the scenes to allow us to reach these goals."
